The Internal auditor cum Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of production data and practices. Acting as an independent verifier, this role conducts regular walk-downs in production areas, assesses data integrity, and ensures alignment with operational standards. Additionally, the role encompasses security responsibilities, ensuring that all security documentation meets local regulations and is consistently up to date.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Compliance & Walk-Downs**
- Conduct routine and unscheduled walk-downs of production areas on behalf of the Management to ensure all data is accurate and processes are compliant.
- Identify, report and follow up on discrepancies, issues or non-compliance within production processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment on procedures, record-keeping and data accuracy.
- **Data Accuracy & Verification**
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all production data, including inventory logs, production reports and quality checks.
- Implement data audit systems to monitor and verify data inputs in production areas, ensuring that records reflect actual conditions and outputs.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken when data inconsistencies are identified.
- **Security Oversight & Compliance**
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and compliance of all security-related documentation, adhering to local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits of security processes and documentation, ensuring records are comprehensive and reflect current standards.
- Review and update security policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and local laws.
- **Integrated Audit Duties**
- Serve as a combined auditor for production and security, carrying out internal audits that encompass both production accuracy and security compliance.
- Provide regular audit reports to the Management, outlining key findings, areas of concern and recommended improvements.
- Support corrective actions by working with relevant departments to address audit findings and implement preventive measures.
- **Regulatory & Compliance Monitoring**
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations related to production data, security requirements and compliance standards.
- Ensure any changes in regulatory requirements are communicated to relevant departments and that the company’s practices remain compliant.
- Participate in compliance training and recommend improvements to existing compliance programs as necessary.
- **Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare detailed, accurate reports on production walk-downs, data verification and security compliance for Management review
- Maintain organized records of all audits, security checks and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide summaries and presentations to management as required, outlining trends, risks and compliance status.

**Working Conditions**
- Primarily based in production and operational areas, with occasional work in office settings for documentation and reporting.
- Requires flexibility to conduct walk-downs during off-hours as needed to ensure comprehensive oversight.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,499.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
