**Job Summary**:
The Executive, Human Resource (Generalist) will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support the HR department's overall goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support management in addressing and resolving employee-related issues professionally and fairly.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and assist in organizing employee training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records.
- **Payroll Administration**:

- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions.
- **HR Policy and Compliance**:

- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- **HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR-related reports for management as needed.
- **Other Duties**:

- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,890.19 - RM3,000.60 per month
