**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical advice on ELV Systems and BMS for Sunway properties
- Conduct site audit and reports on ELV and BMS services for Sunway development
- Conduct corrective works, maintenance program and supervise BMS contractor for BMS system managed by SPFM
- Prepare system design, BQ, SOW and manage ELV and BMS improvement and upgrading project
- Review and comment on M&E drawings for new development and refurbishment projects
- Conduct continuous improvement and proposal for ELV and BMS system with implementation of A.I., IoT and any other latest technology
- Arrange and conduct training for ELV and BMS systems

**JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronic Engineering or Equivalent

2. Able to read and analyze As-Built and System-Schematic drawings of M&E services

3. Have great leadership skills to manage team members, contractors, and colleagues from other departments

4. Substantial knowledge and experience in programming of both software (C, C++, Ladder Logic, etc) and firmware (PLCs, NCUs, DDCs, etc)
