Manage effectively the operations of each functional unit of store/warehouse such as receiving, Issuing, replenishment and stock controlling the most effectively manner.
- Control the receiving and issuing of goods on the right specification and quantity followed Purchased Order (PO) and Material Requisition Note (MRN) respectively. Monitor the items replenishment of Travelling Requisition (TR) and the holding stocks for spare parts and consumable item in order to have sufficient stock level at any one time and to ensure continuation of supply to the operations. Laisse with Purchasing and Shipping Departments for the outstanding orders & shipments and the shipments advise and documents.
- Check and authorize of Travelling Requisition (TR), Purchase Requisition (PR), Outgoing Goods Advice (OGA), Damage/Shortage/Rejection Report (DSR), and certify the Summary Report for Receiving and Issuing and Stores Reports.
- Conduct meeting with Purchasing, Shipping and End-user (SMP) Department on stock planning and purchase for the consumable items.
- Organize financial stock-taking on by-yearly basis, Mid-year & End-year and to manage the physical and book figures quantity within the tolerances set.
- Plan financial budget - yearly for the operating cost & capital budget and monitor the cost control.
- Motivates the work team to emerge, activate and direct behavior towards company goals, and plan for training for team members to meet job expectation. Selects the right personnel for the duties and responsibilities of each right position to optimize utilization of their strengths.
- Conduct Standard Operation Practices yearly for the work team to understand and maintained their work performances towards the procedures.
- Upkeep the cleanliness, security and arrangement of goods for the stores, and to ensure that adequate health and safety precautions are taken in relation to the whole stores operation to prevent/reduce workplace accident/health hazards.

Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience in overall store operations.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
