**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document business requirements from critical stakeholders
- Perform QA and testing of defined use cases in support of change management and deployments
- Problem solve and use good decision-making skills to quickly overcome obstacles by understanding the appropriate level of urgency and business impact
- Support deployment of changes outside of normal business hours as necessary to minimize disruption
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- **1-3 years of experience minimum working as a Salesforce Administrator**:

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- **Salesforce Administrator Certification required**:

- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience working with SOQL and Agile Methodology preferred
- Comprehension of and/or experience with data modeling and structures
- Enthusiasm for learning about new methodologies, systems, and solutions
- Demonstrated track record of attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
