As an Assistant Claim Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient processing and coordination of insurance claims within our organization. You will assist in managing claim-related documentation, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the intake and registration of new claims.
- Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients, claimants, and other relevant parties to gather additional information as needed.
- Enter claim information into the company's database or claims management system.
- Assist in the investigation and evaluation of claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Work closely with the claims team to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Prepare and process claim payments, including issuing checks and electronic fund transfers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to claims processing and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in spoken Chinese.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepared to travel for tasks requiring outstation visits.
- Technical background is a plus point
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
