**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct valuation and prepare valuation report of properties;
- Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued;
- Ensure that the properties inspected are in compliance with the relevant guidelines and not breach of law; to conduct relevant enquiries with the relevant government bodies/authorities;
- Assessment of market value with the supporting of market transactions and other relevant information;
- Maintain good customer service with business partners i.e. banks and clients;
- Keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including construction industry and competitors; and
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior/Directors of the Company

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office;
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Strong organisational, time-management abilities & positive attitude;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Menara JLand, Ibrahim International Business District, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
