**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with company rules and regulations; complete tasks assigned by the manager, assistant manager, or supervisor.
- Ensure personal safety and implement standard safety protocols in all tasks.
- Perform daily maintenance and management of public facilities and equipment, following established inspection standards and maintenance plans.
- Utilize materials efficiently, ensuring cost savings.
- Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and contractors.
- Implement emergency plans and support during urgent maintenance tasks.
- Participate in departmental and company-organized training to enhance technical skills.
- Perform maintenance tasks as outlined in service orders.
- Record meter readings (electricity and water) for public areas and households; collect utility bills.
- Maintain accurate work records for all activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil, Air Conditioning, or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
