Property located in **Lenang, Johor Bahru**
- SPM/Certificate
- Have experience in **Residential (Condominium, Apartment) **building operation and maintenance/facilities management.
- Experience in **Mechanical & Electrical system** and other building services.
- Must be experienced in **Plumbing**:

- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as a team.
- Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
- Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
- Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
- Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
- Report to superior on work progress of actual and potential problem
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Must be pro-active
- Punctual
- Standby for on-calls and emergencies
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri : 9AM - 5PM

Sat : 9AM - 1PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
