**Working location: Shah Alam**
- To manage the warehouse site to achieve zero breakdowns, cost-effectiveness and complied with safety, and other compliance.
- To manage and improve the efficiency of existing clean utilities and other facilities of the Company to ensure zero breakdown and continuous operational support for optimum production.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance, repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Ensuring maintenance/ preventive maintenance are performed in accordance with the building, machine, MHE & equipment operational requirements.
- Ensure the selection of supplier for maintenances are according to ISO standard and all maintenances issues are being addressed and managed in timeline.
- Involved in minor space planning and office layout adjustments.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and manage energy usage, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
- Ensure that facilities meet the changing needs of the organization and its employees

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field), or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in facility and maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety), maintenance procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendors, and ensure quality service based on ISO standards.
- Ability to analyze costs, develop cost-saving strategies, and manage budgets.
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
- Good command of Malay and English for speaking and reading.
- Must be able to work extra hours, weekend and on Public Holidays.
- Possess own vehicle.
- Able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
