Position_: Food & Beverage Associate
- Requirements_:
Secondary school certificate or certificate in relevant discipline with at least minimum 1-year working experience in a similar position.
Able to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays.
Trustworthy, reliable, honest, customer-oriented, and team player.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Efficient, calm, and able to work under pressure.
Priority employment to local Sabahan, Malaysian.
- Scope of duties:_
Support and assist in the smooth operations of the cafe, room service, bar, and banquet.
Support and assist in ensuring and maintaining high-level and consistent services to guests.
Support and assist in ensuring proper preparation for cafe, room service, catering, bar, and banquet including set-up of tables, chairs, table settings, etc.
Support and assist in the monthly inventory and stocktake of the Food & Beverage department.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.
A cashier requires to prepare and issue bills and receipts to guests and closing of the account at the end of the day.
Assist to open and close cafe, bar, and meeting room or ballroom on a regular basis; ensuring all lights, equipment, air-conditioner, doors, etc are turned off and locked.
Maintain the standard cleanliness of the cafe, bar, meeting room, or ballroom.
Compliance with proper service standards in food and beverage preparations, storage, and services.
Promote safe work practices.
Responsible to maintain the integrity of the hotel.
Responsible for compliance with company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsible to perform quality work within deadlines without supervision.
Interact professionally with other employees, business associates, and guests or customers.
Effectively communicate while ensuring and maintaining effective and positive working relationships with other colleagues.
Be professional and ensure good personal grooming and personal hygiene.
Consults with superiors on daily requirements, for all events and functions and last-minute requests by guests or customers.
All other tasks and responsibilities are required and directed by superiors or the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
