Mandarin Speaking Shipping Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Shipping Coordination**:
Plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, considering cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines.

Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to arrange transportation and negotiate rates.

Ensure accurate documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists, are prepared for each shipment.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

**Customs Compliance**:
Stay up-to-date with international customs regulations and ensure compliance with import/export laws.

Prepare and submit customs documentation, including import/export declarations and customs clearance paperwork.

Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance for imported and exported goods.

Maintain records of customs documentation and ensure they are readily accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.

Supply Chain Management:
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely availability of goods for shipment.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel to optimize inventory management and facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

Develop and implement shipping strategies to minimize costs and improve overall efficiency.

Continuously evaluate and improve shipping processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce lead times.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.

Strong knowledge of shipping processes, including freight forwarding, carrier selection, and transportation modes.

Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export laws, and documentation requirements.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Proficient in using shipping software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other relevant tools.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customs authorities.

**Compensation & Benefit**:
**Basic Salary 3,300.00 - RM 4,500.00**

- Hands on with Custom Clearance Documentation Requirements: 2 years (preferred)
- Hands on with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems: 2 years (preferred)
