**Position Summary**

1. Accountable for identify and conceptualize localized eStore/ EPP online campaign strategies aligned with the HQ and RHQ business goals

2. Strategically plan all digital/ performance marketing programs to help the company achieve eStore/ EPP KPI and revenue goals

**Role and Responsibilities**

2. Maximize ROI of campaigns through strategic and effective **eStore **/ EPP online marketing budget planning
**3. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, with aim to continuously maximize online campaign effectiveness, productivity and **eStore **/ EPP **sales targets **are met

4. Work hand in hand with relevant stakeholders i.e. online sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, legal, customer service, designer, creative/ media agencies to produce quality proposal, execute campaign effectively, and deliverables are met on a timely manner within the set budget

5. **New **eStore **/ EPP **initiatives**:

- Ability to devise solid strategies with sound and relevant business acumen ( ie : Live commerce, ratings & reviews, partnership, epromoter, customer acquisition & retention & etc )

6. Develop, negotiate, and manage partnerships, in-kind contributions, and pursues **partnership-marketing opportunities **such as strategic partnerships and alliances. Sets goals and objectives, develops prospects and contacts, develops, and implements an action plan, negotiates agreements, and ensures contracts are approved and executed

7. Develop, implement and create effective communication strategies that **build **eStore **/ EPP **customer **loyalty programs **, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction, conceptualize ideas for video producing (live commerce) on online marketing materials, partners’ social posting

8. Cultivate online shopping in local markets by means of gaining new users, maintaining active users, improving conversion rate for **eStore **/ EPP **etc

9. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

10. Other responsibilities entailed

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
