**Position**: Sales Support Specialist

**Working Location**: Kuala Lumpur

**Working Days/ Hours**: Monday - Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)

**Employment Type**: 12 Months Renewable Contract (based on performance)

**Intake**: February 2025

**Salary Package**:

- Provide support in terms of opportunity management in SFDC/CPQ.
- Ensure data accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating records.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence requirements.
- Review and validate order details before submission to avoid any discrepancies.
- Track the status of submitted orders and follow up on any issues or delays.
- Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects the current status of opportunities.
- Work with sales managers to ensure accurate forecasting by keeping the pipeline clean and realistic.
- Monitor the progress of committed deals and bookings to ensure they are on track and provide regular updates to sales managers on the status of various sales metrics and targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on proposal/pricing/approvals/delivery/post-sales customer issues

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A Degree in a Technical field (such as Computer Science or Engineering) is also acceptable if combined with relevant sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support sales managers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales data, reports, and order processing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues related to order processing, pipeline management, and post-sales support.
- Possess own transport is an added advantage.
- Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 Vaccination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
