**Responsibilities**
- Analyse and review monthly reporting, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretary, valuer, JV partner and all other departments on all financial related matters.
- Prepare HOD meeting slide and present HOD slide in monthly HOD meeting.
- Prepare quarterly Board of Directors meeting board paper and present in quarterly Board of Directors meeting.
- Plan and manage cash flows, fund transfer, and ensure loan covenants compliance.
- Prepare budget and cash flow projections, and monitor actual versus budget.
- Responsible for attending and addressing queries and request on credit rating review from rating agency.
- Undertake special and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, MICPA or its equivalent).
- Minimum 8-10 years of total working experience, of which at least 3 years of audit experience from a reputable audit firm.
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
- Strong technical knowledge in MFRS and local taxation regulations.
- Previous process work flow and internal control improvement experience would be an added advantage.
- An independent, meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
