**Position**: Sales Executive
**Salary**: RM1,500 - RM1,700
**Working Days**: Thursday - Tuesday
**Working Hours**: Shift 1 (10:00 am - 6:30 pm), Shift 2 (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm).
**Location**: 27, Jalan Kangar Jaya 14, Kangar Jaya, 01000 Kangar, Perlis.

**Job Description**:
1) Greet and assist walk-in customers in choosing eyewear or optometry services.

2) Provide detailed product knowledge on lenses, frames, and optometry services.

3) Understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations.

4) Perform vision screening tests as required and explain results to customers.

5) Maintain store display and ensure products are neatly organized and presented.

6) Handle payment processing and maintain accurate sales records.

7) Follow up with customers for after-sales services, including product pick-up and warranty information.

8) Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management.

9) Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.

10) Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction.

11) Participate in promotional campaigns, in-store events, and customer engagement activities
12) Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including updates on the latest trends and new products in the eyewear industry.

13) Actively seek opportunities to participate in external programs or events that can enhance the company’s visibility.

14) Assist in preparing and managing customer orders for eyeglasses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
