Job Description

  1. Lead the development and execution of marketing event project plans for Elissa Hotel & Suites from inception to completion.

  2. Oversee and direct all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight.

  3. Guide the creation of event agendas, coordinate speakers, and oversee event registration.

  4. Ensure leadership in managing events smoothly and efficiently on-site and remotely.

  5. Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events across various channels.

  6. Lead the creation of engaging content for promotional materials, websites, and social media.

  7. Oversee event tracking and reporting, ensuring actionable insights are generated.

  8. Identify and spearhead new sales opportunities.

  9. Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

  10. Foster and lead strong customer relationships through excellent service.

  11. Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  12. Direct the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Presentable and able to create content for company social media
  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing customer needs.
