**Job Title**: Product Promoter (Cold Food / Frozen Products)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
**Working Days**: [e.g. 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays]
**Working Hours**: [e.g. 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / Shift basis]

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and demonstrate **cold or frozen food products** (e.g. frozen meat, dairy, desserts, or ready-to-eat meals) to customers in supermarkets or retail outlets.
- Provide **sampling or tasting sessions** to encourage product trials.
- Explain **product features, benefits, and promotions** clearly to customers.
- Maintain **cleanliness and proper hygiene** of the display area and sampling counter.
- Ensure products are **properly stored and displayed** in chillers/freezers according to company standards.
- Track and report **daily sales performance and customer feedback** to the supervisor.
- Assist in **stock replenishment** and ensure sufficient inventory at the display area.
- Support in **promotional campaigns, product launches, or roadshows** as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM / equivalent** qualification.
- Pleasant personality with **good communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Able to work **independently and interact well with customers**.
- Preferably with **experience in food promotion, retail, or F&B industry**.
- Comfortable working in **cold environments (e.g. near freezers)**.
- Willing to work on **weekends and public holidays**.
