**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement high-impact influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify, research, and collaborate with top influencers & KOLs across various platforms and industries.
- Build strong relationships with influencers and negotiate partnership agreements (compensation, deliverables, etc.).
- Work closely with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and tracking performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Keep track of influencer relationships, contracts, and payments.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer/KOL Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven success in a similar role—experience with beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Strong negotiation & communication skills to build and maintain influencer relationships.
- Fluent in English & Malay (both oral and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills—handle multiple campaigns like a pro
- Creative mindset with the ability to spot and capitalize on viral trends.
- Analytical skills & data-driven approach to optimize campaign results.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
