**QUALIFICATION**
- At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in related field (Fresh graduate for entry level).
- Able to lead a team of packing operator and leader to achieve target.
- Knowledge in packing, WIP Store and Finished Good Store Operation.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Word).
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skill, leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & responsible.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overall in-charge of packing and shrink wrap activities.
- To supervise the Supervisors, Leaders, QC, Weigher and Material Handlers involved in packing according to the Work Instruction.
- To update Supervisors and leaders on the customer’s order requirement and to provide training to the new recruit.
- To ensure all related department operate with good GMP practice and housekeeping, ensure department being run efficiently & with high productivity.
- To provide feedback to the Packing Manager or Factory Manager on the quality of glove.
- To liaise closely with Production department and QA department on customer complaint regarding glove’s quality.
- To ensure all documents involved are being recorded and filed properly according to the Work Instruction.
- Other assigned duties as required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
