A brand-new branch of Anytime Fitness is opening in Evo Mall Bangi soon, and we're looking to build a dynamic, healthily competitive, and cooperative team that seek to provide the best fitness service to the customers.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**

**1. SALES**
- External marketing and on-site promotions for the pre-sales period.
- Generating new joiners post-opening.
- Collect leads through enrollment and member referrals.
- Book membership appointments and meet or exceed monthly goals.

**2. CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Conducts tours for all guests and present membership options.
- Follow up with newly enrolled members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assists in retaining members who request to cancel their membership.
- Interacts with club staff and communicate with members, guests, and community vendors.
- Maintain a clean and operational facility.

**3. MINOR ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES**
- Familiarizing oneself with the sales management and member database system.
- Conducting sales opening and closing in the absence of club/finance manager.
- Conducting sales and problem resolutions concerning defaulting members.

**4. OTHER INFORMATION**:

- 6 working days/week.
- 7.5 hours/day.
- Staff uniform

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Minimum SPM.
- High degree of conversational Malay and English.
- Basic computer literacy.

**REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS**:

- Basic salary of RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,300.00 (depending on experience)
- Basic EPF and SOCSO deduction.
- Lucrative commission per new joiners generated.
- A share of commission for personal training sales generated.

- Other special leave: marriage, paternal, maternal, bereavement, calamity, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
