**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a **Travel Consultant**, you will be responsible for meeting expected target sales. You will work closely with operation team to differentiate market segments, ensuring our customers receive personalized and unforgettable experiences.

**KEY RESPONSIILITIES**:
1. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
2. Upsell and cross-sell additional travel-related products, such as insurance, upgrades, or add-on experiences.
3. Maintain long-term relationships with cutomers and ensure repeat business.
4. Address cstomer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
5. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
7. Share insights with the team to improve services and customer satisfaction.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in Travel, Sales or relevant field will be preferred
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Aggressive and results driven
- Having a strong desire or enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
