**Sales Admin - Jasaland Property Consultants Sdn Bhd**

**Job Requirements**:

- Responsible and Committed to meeting datelines.
- Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Basic knowledge in video editing, adobe photoshop
- Good organization skills with attention to details, able to multi-task
- Being able to handle confidential matters
- Possess own transport
- Previous experience in real estate field is beneficial

**Job Scopes**:

- Provide deal closing support and paperwork preparation (case files, forms, contracts, agreements)
- Review and properly record transactions (invoicing, receipts, payment couches and maintain statements of accounts)
- Assist with managing agent affairs and training coordination
- General administrative and operational support

**Benefits & Remuneration**:

- Salary Range: RM2000 - RM2600
- EPF, Socso & EIS

**Working Days & Hours**:

- Work Days: Monday to Friday & Weekend included
- Working Hours: From 8.30am to 5.30pm
