**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking Learning & Development Assistant Manager who will be responsible for supporting and implementing the organization’s training and talent development initiatives. You will focus on identifying learning needs, developing training programs, and ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively and advance within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads and HR to assess training and development needs across the organization.
- Analyze performance reviews and other data to identify areas for employee development.
- Design and develop training programs that align with the organization’s goals and employee development needs.
- Deliver in-house training sessions or workshops on various topics, such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, etc.
- Coordinate with external training providers to arrange specialized training sessions when necessary.
- Support the implementation of talent development initiatives, such as leadership programs, mentorship, or succession planning.
- Work with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, such as feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training programs are properly uploaded and tracked.
- Partner with HR, managers, and other teams to ensure alignment of training and development efforts with organizational needs.
- Assist in managing the training and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Research and recommend external training vendors and programs that would be beneficial for employee development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, training coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in training program for retail or similar industry
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
- Ability to assess employee learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions.
