Sales Executive / Sales Assistant Manager (F&B- HoReCa/Food Services)

  1. Sales Development & Strategy

  2. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA and food service sectors.

  3. Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
  4. Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

  5. Customer Relationship Management

  6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers including hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributors.

  7. Provide excellent after-sales service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  8. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable product solutions.

  9. Account Management

  10. Manage existing key accounts to ensure consistent growth and retention.

  11. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
  12. Monitor account performance and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.

  13. Coordination & Operations

  14. Work closely with internal teams such as operation and finance to ensure efficient order processing & delivery and timely collection.

  15. Coordinate promotional activities, product sampling, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  16. Prepare quotations, proposals, and periodic sales reports for management review.
  17. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO-related processes, particularly those relating to customer satisfaction audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

  18. Reporting & Analysis

  19. Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  20. Provide sales forecasts to the operation team to facilitate effective inventory and purchasing planning, ensuring product availability aligns with customer demand.
  21. Submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
