Assistant Manager Business Strategist and Developement

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our healthcare services including Clinic, Dental OSH, and corporate clinical programs. This role oversees strategy, partnerships, sales team performance, and market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans & drive revenue
- Manage corporate clients and negotiate contracts
- Lead outreach activities & business expansion
- Supervise and train sales/outreach team
- Collaborate with mark
eting on campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and market insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare
- 5 years experience in sales/business development
- Healthcare/OSH experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication & data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
