Lead & grow the potential HRD team to stay competent through organisation changes.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of HR functions & activities relating payroll, compensation and benefit, employee relations & HRIS.
- Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company business strategy to retain talent and a motivated workforce.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure the policies and procedures are practised by all level of employee diligently.
- To develop, revise and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans.
- Manage performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Manage payroll processes for the local & expatriate, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Provides guidance to managers on compensation plan design and administration and participates in market surveys and evaluates jobs.
- Design and administer performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and set goals.
- Create & implement a system to manage rewards and recognition to keep the employees motivated.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree /Master in HRM or related field
- Minimum 10 years in HR Management with at least 5 years in managerial role
- Strong Knowledge in Malaysia Labor Legislation and Best Practices
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Possess Strong Idea Generation, problem solving and decision-making skills while exercising good judgment

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
