1) Perform general accounting tasks such as data entry and maintaining financial records of sales, purchases and expenses records in a timely manner.
- Handle Accounts Receivable related duties such as preparing invoices, credit notes and billing statements. Verify invoices and ensure goods or services were received. Perform daily sales and collection report and reconciliation. Ensure proper documentation and filing of billing and collection related matters. Assist in reconciliation of accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle Accounts Payable related duties such as receiving and verifying supplier invoices and process payment. Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received. File and maintain accurate supplier records. Perform reconciliation of supplier monthly statement of accounts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Assist in stock take activities.

2) Administrative tasks: Handle correspondences. Maintain accurate and organized financial and operational records, both digital and physical, for timely easy access and reference.

3) Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

Familiar with accounting / billing software, e.g. UBS, SQL

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Must be able to work under tight deadline, meticulous, independently with minimum supervision.
