Technical Lead **Key Responsibilities** - Understand business requirements and the client's business processes. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance high quality, robust and scalable software solutions. - Estimate time and constraints, and plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure timely completion. - Lead and drive the team members to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers and clients both onsite and offshore. - Provide unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing. - Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documents, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to identify technical and logical errors and ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices. **Key Requirements/Skills/Experiences** - Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and/or Kanban. - Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript and Angular. - Proficient in Java/Kotlin, Spring Framework (Core, Web, Data, Security, Boot), Maven, JPA, Hibernate, Web Services (REST, SOAP). - Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc. - Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. - Experience with CI/CD process and related tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Nexus, SonarQube. - Experience with container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a plus. - Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. - Experience with monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, is a plus. - Experience with test automation technologies, such as Robot or Playwright, is a plus. - Proven ability to collaborate with customers and Business Analysts to define and transform requirements into technical designs. - Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor team members. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent command of spoken and written in English. 65765 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent Warning: When posting this job advertisment on an external job board, the length of the following fields combined must not exceed 3950 characters: "External Posting Description", "External Posting Footer" Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
