**JOB SCOPE**:
**a) Strategize, conceptualize, develop and execute advertising & promotions plans, encompassing online & offline**

**b) Manage all above & below the line communications**

**c) Organize events and ensure events ROI are maximized for a large-scale audience**

**d) Collaborate with external parties for joint promotions & partnership management (Government agencies, NGO's and private sector)**

**e) Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal & external parties to ensure schedules & objectives are met**

**f) Work with Management Team and Corporate Communication to ensure promotion and sales objectives are met**

**g) Assist with the planning on high engagement with existing and potential clients which related to the industry**

**h) Manage the preparation of quotations and related tenders according to the set closing date (website / procurement)**

**i) Any other assigned ad-hoc jobs as requested**

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
