Assists in the development, co-ordination and execution of all Communications activities. Under the general guidance and Supervision of the General Manager and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and Marketing Department.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned by the GM.
- Assists in maintaining media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of all printed materials in-house, following the specification as stipulated in the corporate ID Manual.
- Assists in coordinating and supervising the production and quality of all displays, posters, and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
- Assists in supervising and directing photographers / Videographer to take pictures of media events, V.I.P. arrivals, etc.
- Handles jobs assigned by General Manager and co-ordinates with relevant Departments if necessary.
- Handles press requests, i.e. interviews and photo / video shootings.

**QUALIFICATION**: BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relation or a related field is desired

**OTHER QUALIFICATION**:

- Understanding of media relations and digital media strategies
- Proficiency in social media, marketing, repurposing content, editing, and copy writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel independently as required.
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the organisation

**LANGUAGE**:

- Well developed written & oral communication skills
- Effective communication skills; clear & precise articulation
- Excellent communication abilities (Fluent English and Malay
- written and spoken)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
