Key Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
- work closely with operation team in handling customer care and customer’s feedback including complaints to platform provided
- Perform superior instruction from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- A good bachelor's degree from a recognized University, Sales &Marketing background is preferable.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of latest marketing concepts in overall and best practices
- Experience in business development and partnerships management will be an advantage.
- Ability to be versatile in working independently and as an excellent team player towards goal setting
- Skills and minimum 3 t0 4 years of experience in creative content writing

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
