**Ensure accuracy of content** (photos, descriptions, facilities) across all e-commerce platforms and liaise with Sales/Marketing when updates are needed.
- **Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations** to ensure rate parity, inventory control, and booking accuracy across systems.
- **Monitor online reviews and guest feedback**, prepare weekly reputation reports, and escalate critical concerns to AFOM.
- **Track booking trends, channel performance, and competitor pricing**, and assist AFOM in adjusting rates or tactical promotions.
- **Assist in managing the hotel’s website** by ensuring booking engine functionality, updated banners, and contact details.
- **Support digital marketing campaigns** or flash deals in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
- **Generate and analyze performance reports** from OTAs, Google Analytics (if applicable), and booking engines for internal review.
- **Conduct regular checks** on rate loading, promo accuracy, and system errors to prevent revenue leakage.
- **Support guest queries** via online channels, including direct website messages or OTA messages when needed.
- **Maintain relationships with OTA account managers**, joining webinars, training, or promotional planning sessions as required.
- **Report key issues or opportunities** to AFOM and support in rolling out any tech improvements (e.g., rate plan reconfigurations or channel manager upgrades).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
