Reservation E- Commerce

**Reservation Duties**:

- Ensure accurate and timely input of reservations into the hotel PMS.
- Confirm bookings and send reservation confirmations to guests and partners.
- Monitor daily arrivals and departures; coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Maintain reservation records and ensure proper filing.
- Upsell rooms and promote packages to increase revenue.
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally.

**E-Commerce Duties**:

- Monitor and adjust room rates based on market demand and competitor analysis.
- Assist in managing the hotel’s official website content, photos, and promotions.
- Ensure all online listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and respond to online guest reviews across platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA reviews).
- Prepare reports on booking trends, revenue performance, and online traffic.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team (if applicable) for online campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations and/or OTA management.
- Familiar with PMS(IDB) and OTA systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages an advantage

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
