**Position: Customer Service Lead**
**Location: Petaling Jaya**
**Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, Shift rotation**
**Language: Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified)**
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve complex and escalated customer cases.
- Advise teams on processes, policies, and compliance.
- Manage deal prioritization and exception handling.
- Support urgent cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
**Requirements**:
- 6-7 years in a BPO customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Mandarin proficiency (Traditional and Simplified).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Lead to Cash process is a plus.
