**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements within stipulated deadlines and to maintain accurate accounting records.
- Preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to support business decisions.
- To assist in monthly accounts closing, including review and preparation of management report, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.
- To oversee accounting operations, including accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger entries.
- To prepare audit schedules and tax returns for submission.
- To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation etc.).
- To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
- To monitor and maintain cash management record.
- To maintain fixed asset register and conduct physical sighting.
- To liaise with operations department, auditors and other parties where necessary.
- To ensure the team will perform in an effective and efficient manner with continuous improvement on the work process and to maintain the team spirit to highest level.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal, organisation, time management and communication skills.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, committed, able to work independently, strong problem-solving skill and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
