Job Description / Responsibilities
Finance Admin
- Handle full/partial set of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
- Prepare monthly invoices, payments, claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Assist year end audit related documents.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Support Finance team on any ad-hoc tasks.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in accounting / finance.
- Knowledge of Auto count is preferable.
- Must have working knowledge in (CIMB Biz Channel. Maybank 2E, Hong Leong Connect Biz/ Connect First)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
Foreign Worker Admin
- Handle all foreign worker documentation (Permit renewal, FOMEMA, Insurance, etc.)
- Manage Levy payment (Immigration), preparing payment, updating records, and ensuring no expiry.
- Process and manage E-VISA applications for new and returning foreign workers.
- Coordinate with agencies , embassies and government departments (Immigration, JTK, KDN).
- Maintain workers records and update worksheet/excel.
- Arrange workers onboarding, medical check-up and compliance.
- Liaise with manpower agencies for recruitments,
- Monitor expiry dates of passports, permits and insurances.
- Assist in admin task when required.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Business/ Admin/HR.
- Experience in foreign worker management is added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in BM & ENGLISH
- Able to work independently, well- organized, and responsible.
- Computer literate (Excel, word)
