**Position Overview**:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and planning office spaces that meet our clients’ needs and preferences. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create aesthetically pleasing and functional work environments. Your role will involve everything from initial consultations and concept development to finalizing design plans and overseeing project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide professional advice and design recommendations based on their requirements.
- **Design Development**: Create detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selection, and material choices. Develop mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- **Space Planning**: Optimize office layouts to ensure efficient use of space and compliance with ergonomic standards. Consider factors such as workflow, lighting, and acoustics.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the design implementation process, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Material Selection**: Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the design vision and meet quality standards.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets to ensure that projects stay within financial constraints. Provide clients with transparent and detailed pricing information.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design specifications are being followed and address any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay current with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to offer clients cutting-edge solutions and inspire new design ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with a focus on office environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and expertise.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and furniture selection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
