**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Data Analysis and Reporting:_
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insightful business intelligence.Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform detailed data analysis, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data modeling.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- _Business Process Optimization:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
- _Strategic Planning and Support:_
- Support commercial teams with data-driven insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management to support business initiatives.
- _CRM System Management:_
- Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft platform to ensure data integrity and efficiency.Train and support users in utilizing CRM tools effectively, ensuring consistent adoption and utilization across the organization.

- _**Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on commercial data analysis. Fresh graduates with a keen interest and expertise in the below are also welcome to apply.
- Expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms. Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Canva are bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and tactics to all levels of the organisation.
- Any prior experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.
