Role Overview:

As a passionate and analytical Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets that guide decision-making and strategic direction. Working closely with various departments, you will translate numbers into narratives and provide insights that help us reach and exceed our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide custom reports
  • Maintain and improve data collection systems and processes
  • Provide clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and work to resolve any data discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Ability to work with large datasets and conduct quantitative analysis
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver
Goals and Performance Indicators:
  • Objective Key Results (OKRs): Improve data reporting efficiency by 20% within the first year
  • Develop predictive models that reduce operational risk by 15%
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy of data analysis and reporting
  • Delivery speed of data insights to stakeholders
