IT Strategy and Direction

  • Deliver IT solutions on time while maintaining quality standards.
  • Identify and implement data management technology improvements.
  • Support project rollouts for new IT solutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using automation tools.
  • Establish and maintain a data warehouse to consolidate and simplify data access.
  • Develop reporting solutions with SSRS and Power BI, enhancing dashboards and analytics.
  • Optimize database performance, manage backups, and resolve data issues.
  • Ensure data practices align with governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Re-engineer data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses as needed.
  • Conduct market research and share best practices.

IT Projects

  • Support local and regional IT application rollouts.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines and costs effectively.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years' experience in data technologies, reporting tools, or data warehousing.
  • Expertise in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Python (Databricks and Spark experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective under pressure with a focus on delivering and documenting solutions.
