**Job Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Report to HR Manager and perform HR administration duties and responsibilities
- Calculating employee pay, including wages, salaries, overtime and deductions etc.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date confidential employee information in payroll systems, including new hires, terminations and changes in pay or benefits.
- Addressing employee questions and resolving payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
- Preparing and distributing payroll reports to management
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management to support business analysis, compliance, and performance tracking across departments.
- Providing administrative support and other ad hoc assignments as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource.
- Fresh graduate with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
- Experience using Quickpay (HR2000) is an advantage.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Payroll software, HR practices, HR Policies, and Employment Act legislation.
- Language: Mandarin, Bahasa and English
- Work 5 days/week, Full time and Malaysian only
- Work location: Subang USJ
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
