**_Job Summary:_**

Set up a customer success team for the company, and Manage the entire department is to responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and expectations to achieve company sales goals.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth and successful fulfillment of products and services by achieving sales targets and all KPIs with money collection.

**_ Key Roles & Responsibilities:_**
- Establish department and team
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer LTV, and all KPIs such as increase wallet share and Average Order Value.
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, and understanding their needs and wants.
- Coordinate internal teams for customer satisfaction
- Analyze and measure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and execute.
- Establish necessary SOP and guidelines as well as CRM tools for optimization of sales activities
- Responsible for identifying their needs and providing solutions to any issues or challenges.
- Responsible for money collection, making sure no overdue outstanding
- Any other tasks assigned by founders*
