Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive exceptional support, a seamless experience, and timely resolutions throughout their entire journey with us.

You will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, solve issues efficiently, and identify opportunities to improve overall satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer happiness, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via live chat and calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Take full ownership of customer cases from initial contact to successful resolution.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to provide clear and effective guidance.
  • Act as a customer advocate by highlighting feedback, pain points, and improvement opportunities to internal teams.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by delivering personalised support and high-quality service.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and proactively ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and support teams to address issues and improve workflows.
  • Uphold service standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team environment.

Requirements

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Full work-from-office at 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama.
  • Able to work shift hours; 5.5 working days per week.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage.
  • Full training and onboarding will be provided.
