We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our banking client in delivering excellent service experiences to customers. This role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer journey aligned with the bank's service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and account details.
  • Handle complaints effectively and ensure resolution within service timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to follow up on customer requests or escalations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance and data privacy guidelines.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in any field.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (banking or financial sector an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
