Account Clerk Personal Assistant

The Account Clerk cum Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting the company’s daily accounting operations while providing administrative and personal assistance to the management. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
**Accounting Duties**
- Handle daily accounting entries (AP/AR, general ledger, petty cash).
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and related documents.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up accordingly.
**Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties**
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Assist in preparing documents, letters, and reports.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and related logistics.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist in office operations including supplies, correspondence, and coordination with staff.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (SQL, UBS, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferably with 1 year experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
