- To check/update and ensure the cleaner follow schedule and done
- To deal with any new supplier and update the new supplier listing
- To attend external and internal auditing
- Prepare board management/operation meeting agenda and meeting minutes
- To drafting and maintain record admin's document eg: policy, circular, firm's regulations and ruling
- To maintain and update the record of the Quality Manual and Quality procedure all the time
- Other ad hoc task as assigned by the Superior
- Min Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- Computer literate and skill (eg: Ms.Office and open office)
- Willing learn and take responsibility
- Able to write/speak English/Malay/Mandarin (more advantage)
- Willing to travel

Schedule:
