**Assist or coordinate clinic functions efficiently and effectively by: -**
- Handling, tracing and tracking medical records of patient in clinic to/ from the Medical Record Department / counter prior or after the clinic session.
- Maintain confidentiality and safety to all patient’s record.
- Perform Assessment (weight, height and vital signs) of patient and record in Outpatient notes.
- Coordinate patient to other departments for diagnostic test, lab investigations or admission if necessary.
- Chaperon doctor on clinical treatments or procedure.
- Assist patient with transfers, ambulation and other mobility eg. wheelchairs
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinics.
- Ensure appropriate forms such as diagnostic request form, lab forms, charge forms etc are filled up as ordered by Doctor as per hospital policy.
- Performing administrative jobs including preparing letters for consultants, and ensure medical insurance claimed forms are updated promptly.
- Scheduling appointment to customer as consultant’s advice and enter appointment in Hospital Information System.
- Clean used instruments and equipment as per hospital policy concerning universal precautions and infection controls and store them at the designated place.
- Report any faulty equipment or instruments to unit Manager so that further action can be taken.
- Handling phone calls with telephone courtesy and ensure messages are taken appropriately.
- Practice patient centered and coordinated care to improve patient experience and provide optimum patient care.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
