Job Description:

- To set up the host/ hostess stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the set up of the room.
- To serve food or beverage to the costumer.
- To present menus to the customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- To explain how menu items are prepared, describe ingredients and cooking methods.
- To inform customers of daily specials, if any.
- To prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- To perform food preparation duties as and when required.
- To check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take necessary action based on the feedback received.
- To clean tables and remove dishes and glasses from tables, after customers have finished dining.
- To maintain the cleanliness of each section of the dining room.
- To address to any guest dissatisfaction immediately and inform the superior of the action taken.
- To perform all other work as and when required.
- Align working style, working practices and conduct with Ri-Yaz Hotel and Resort's Vision, Corporate Values and Policies. To comply with The Code of Conduct at all times.
- Be well versed and knowledgeable of Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirement in the workplace.
- Uphold the SNAP by demonstrating the Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow ambassadors.
- Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Ri-Yaz Hotel & Resort and Company Policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
