**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages — including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks — in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and customer seating areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively to ensure consistent product availability.
- Provide warm, professional customer service by greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Clearly explain menu offerings and make personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Accurately process customer transactions, including handling cash and digital payments efficiently and responsibly.
- Consistently uphold service excellence and maintain high quality standards in all aspects of operations.

**Requirements**:

- Fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 doses).
- Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Preferably possesses own transport.
- No prior barista experience necessary - training will be provided.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
